Cancellation and refund handling depends on the booking status, provider cancellation policy, payment state, tax snapshot, receipt history, and any support review needed for the case. Review the policy shown before checkout, then use Messages or Support when timing, location, service scope, or payment state needs attention.

Hairsbnb does not store raw card details. Refunds, payment failures, retries, receipts, taxes, platform fees, and provider payout impact are handled through shared payment and support records so customer, provider, and admin views can reconcile the same booking safely.
