Payments, receipts, and provider payouts

Customers can review payment records and receipts from their dashboard. Providers can check payout readiness, Stripe Connect state, withdrawal history, and support routes from the provider dashboard. Admin payment settings, tax rules, refunds, receipts, and payout evidence are shared platform services for bookings and ecommerce.

If a payment or payout looks wrong, contact support with the booking date, provider or customer name, service name, and amount shown on the platform record. Do not send raw card numbers, bank credentials, processor secrets, or private identity documents through public support messages.
